The Undergraduate Program is the main program of the Department of Politics and Government, Universitas Gadjah Mada. Over the years, this program has produced many graduates spreading across all areas of society.
The Postgraduate Program is one of the programs provided by the Department of Politics and Government, Universitas Gadjah Mada to accommodate prospective students who have a deeper interest in political science and government studies.
The Doctoral Program is provided to impart knowledge to those who wish to specialize in political science and government studies.

Research and Publication
Through the Research Center for Politics and Government (PolGov), the Department of Politics and Government seeks to integrate academic, research, and publication activities.
Student Exchange
Through the Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA), students are able to study a semester in universities abroad.
Student Achievement
DPP students can take part in various competitions to get achievements in both academic and non-academic fields.
Internship
The Internship Program enables students to carry out internships in proffesstional institutions engaged in political science and/or government studies in order to reflect on the theory they have learned in class.
